Thank You Fire Station 170!!!!!

Firefighters, ladders and rigs, oh boy!  What a great time we had today learning about fire safety from Station 170 firefighters!  We will not be afraid of a firefighter dressed in their full protection outfit if they have to come and help us!  It was a hot day, thank you so much Firefighter Estrada for putting on all the gear to show us what it looks like!  It must have been very hot in there!  The 100 foot ladder was a huge hit!  Thank you Firefighter Konbbe riding it all the way up to show us how far it could reach. The students had a great time giving high fives, asking and answering questions, checking out all the cool firefighter equipment and seeing the big ladder “go up to the sky”.  Great emphasis on keeping your grades up, staying organized and clean and reaching for your goals Engineer White!
